Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions of the contract are final. Any breach of contract may result in a warning or eviction depending on minor or major breach of the contract.

We require 24 hours notice to set up any viewing for a house to give current tenants due notice & we ask that you do not touch any personal belongings while viewing.

You can book at viewing at any time until the houses has been signed for. In the case of current tenants wanting to stay at the house for a 2nd year they will be given 1st priority if we wish to keep the tenants also.

What the landlord expects of the tenant

You are expected to abide by edge hill university student code and behaviour and the terms and conditions of the contract.

The code of behaviour and the contract covers areas such as:

Excessive noise pollution

Disruptive/offensive behaviour

Any form of sexual or racist harassment
